For qualification check, do note that different institutions have different requirements to complete the work and disclose the verification results. The minimum information  needed to proceed a verification would be personal identifiers, institution and qualification information, graduation date and a signed authorization and data release form. To ensure the verification can be processed in a timely manner, any additional information such as a copy of the certificate, study period, passport copy, document for any name changes, transcript (marksheet for India) and student number/license number.

Institutions located in countries that enable online verification or database search could be faster than this timeframe while degrees that were obtained years ago or due to the practice of institutions in certain countries that require more manual searches take longer.
